Configuration of Tnsnames.ora File:
Newcomers find it hard to configure the files of oracle networking paths,mostly people searches about Tnsnames.ora for configure,some of them get the solution and some do not,so we will teach them how how configure the Tnsnames.ora file for oracle networking.lets start...
First of all go to the oracle database home and find out the directory (FOLDER) named NET80. There will be a folder named ADMIN TNSNAME.ORA .This is the file where we have to configure our network path. as you can see below in the picture
open the file TNSNAMES.ORA with any editor and find out the figures as you can see in the picture below
Now just copy the above code and open the C drive where your oracle builder install and open the directory Oracle>NETWORK>ADMIN>Tnsnames.ora.
"Remember"
The file Tnsnames.ora will have to open with editor,some times its recommend the administrator authorization.so do as he want and past the copied code here.now your Tnsnames.ora file is ready to use.
